£ 250 off Inspection Trips !
Depending on your choice of property, Inspection Trips ( ITs ) are very often organised and subsidised by developers. In some cases the costs are reimbursed only when a sale has been agreed. In other cases developers make a contribution towards costs.
Typically trips are of a duration of between 2 and 3 days and include airport pick up, drop off and hotel accommodation. In the event that you choose to view a property ( either resale or new build ) not available to see through an inspection trip then Property Anywhere will provide up to £250 per inspection trip providing a reservation deposit is paid during the trip and that the sale completes successfully.
